Our Minimum design fee for front or back yard starts at $600.00.
Depending on the scope of work. The design fee includes
a scaled drawing and a detailed estimate.

Consider your likes and dislikes. Try to visualize your home as it will be when landscaped.

What should I do prior in meeting the landscape designer?

Assemble your notes, drawing and list of preference for the first meeting. Any photographs, magazines or books you have are especially useful.

What to discuss with a landscape contractor?

Enquire about staff training, experience, and knowledge in the firm.

Ask for a list of references and contact each one. If possible, visit some completed projects.

Enquire about corporate affiliations such as Landscape Ontario.

Ask about guarantees; what is covered, what is not.

Enquire about the contractor's insurance coverage. Under some circumstances, you could be liable for mishaps or accidents that occur on your property.

Be absolutely clear about the contractor's terms of payment and date(s) of completion.

Prior to making any agreement, have the contractor prepare the details in writing for you to look at. The points discussed above should be included.
